Location

The Waterside development is situated in the centre of Trowbridge (Wiltshire’s County Town) on Bythesea Road. Trowbridge is located approximately 12 miles south east of Bath and 24 miles south east of Bristol. The A363/A366 provide access to the M4 Motorway at Junction 17, approximately 19 miles north of Trowbridge. The town is well served by regular train service to London Paddington.

Status

The Waterside development has outline planning consent. The offices are designed to allow flexiblity of occupation and can provide suites for letting from 5,000 sq.ft to 40,000 sq.ft

The building will be offered by way of modern FRI leases which allow the prospective occupiers to influence the final specification and to be able to incorporate their fit out requirements if desired.
