Location

Old Sarum is situated approximately 1.5 miles north of Salisbury alongside the A345 Salisbury to Amesbury road. The A303 lies approximately 7 miles north at Amesbury.

Description and contact details

Work has begun on a 40 hectare mixed development site at Old Sarum. The first phase of development will comprise 630 houses and 6 ha of employment. This will deliver some 25-30,000sqm of predominantly B1 (light industrial and office) with some B2 (general) uses.  Associated facilities will include a new primary school, community hall, local retail facilities and public open space.
